Audit Company PKF MAK ALYANS” in the form of a limited liability company started its activity in the market of audit services in 2003. The Company's priority is timely and qualitative fulfillment of orders and instructions of clients.

In accordance with the new requirements to the activities of audit organizations, the Company is included in the Register of audit organizations of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 04 June 2021, which gives the right to carry out audits of all economic entities.

In 2009, the Company passed certification of the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 in the German internationally recognized Certification Body TUV International Certification. In August 2024, the Company successfully passed the next re-certification audit of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 in the internationally recognized Certification Body CERT INTERNATIONAL.

Since July 2010, the Company has been a full member of PKF International Limited.

PKF International Limited, an international network of independent audit firms, was formed in 1969 by partners of four consulting firms. Today PKF International Limited is the 15th among the largest international audit companies, PKF International Limited includes 213 members - national audit and consulting firms, which has more than 513 offices, working in more than 150 countries around the world using common methods and quality standards. The number of staff of member firms is more than 23,000 employees, and the annual turnover is more than 2.0 billion US dollars. One of the key requirements for membership in the PKF network is the provision of services that meet the requirements of international standards.

The audit firms in the PKF International Limited network are auditors approved by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

The Company is officially registered in the database of the World Bank for Reconstruction and Development (WBRD), Asian Development Bank (ADB), as well as listed in the Islamic Development Bank (IDB). Accreditation by these international banks allows the Company to participate in audits financed by these banks in the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad.

In 2011, the Company received a certificate from the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan authorizing it to audit commercial banks.

Audit risk insurance is an integral part of our Company's activities. In accordance with this, we carry professional indemnity insurance on a permanent basis.

According to the results of ranking of audit organizations in Uzbekistan for 2023, our company was included in TOP 10 among local audit organizations.
